In FIBRA NOVA we focus in the acquisition, administration and development of a diverse real estate portfolio. FIBRA NOVA has 87 properties with a construction area of 282 thousand square meters diversified in different cities and industries including logistics, manufacturing, educational and retail with 100% of occupancy and an average remaining lease term of 8.4 years.
